Timeline
The South Eastern Trust was the first Trust in Northern Ireland to Go-Live with encompass on November 9, 2023.
The Belfast Trust was the second Trust to Go-Live with encompass on June 6, 2024.
The Northern Trust was the third Trust to Go-Live with encompass on November 7, 2024.
The Southern Trust and Western Trusts were the final two Trusts to Go-Live with encompass on May 8, 2025.

Training, Go-Live & Post-Live Support
Before each Trust turns on the system, all staff in that Trust are trained. There will be practice runs to make sure all will go smoothly on Go-Live day. There will be ongoing support once the system is up and running.

Optimisation - WE ARE HERE
At this stage, we focus on updating the system to make it even better, taking suggestions from staff and patients.
