Timeline
The South Eastern Trust was the first Trust in Northern Ireland to Go-Live in November 2023
The Belfast Trust will Go-Live with encompass on June 6, 2024.
No formal Go-Live dates have been formally agreed with the other Trusts.

Training, Go Live & Post Live Support - WE ARE HERE
Before each Trust turns on the system, all staff in that Trust are trained. There will be practice runs to make sure all will go smoothly on Go Live day. There will be ongoing support once the system is up and running.
Activity continues to support Belfast Trust ahead of the scheduled Go Live date of June 6 2024.

Optimisation
At this stage, we focus on updating the system to make it even better, taking suggestions from staff and patients.
